We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to drive improvement and value in our product.

Your key responsibilities will include partnering with Product Management, Development, and Strategy to support planning and decision making by providing relevant and timely data insights.

Some of your key tasks will include: exploring opportunities for product enhancement; analyzing the impact of product decisions on clients; informing backlog prioritization through research & investigation; and building & monitoring effective release metrics and KPIs.

You will be passionate about problem-solving and know how to energize cross-functional teams around a problem and use data to identify and prioritize solutions.

You will have strong analytical skills and be able to create meaningful analysis with large, complex datasets using query languages, ETL tools, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.

A strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data is mandatory. SQL experience is also required.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with an array of analytical tools and methods including data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to synthesize complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve business problems
  • Demonstrated ability to use a variety of tools, techniques, and processes to gather and report data
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to various audiences
  • Strong understanding of quantitative disciplines such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or Information Systems
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

Typical Qualifications:

- 5+ years overall professional experience, preferably including 4+ years of data analytics or data science experience

This role requires a collaborative and dynamic individual who can work effectively across a range of audiences, both internal and external, and cohorts. The successful candidate will be able to provide sound rationale for recommendations to gain others' support and commitment, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
