About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business challenges at a global scale and developing innovative solutions.

  • This position requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills and outstanding business acumen.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to partner with stakeholders, dig deep into business challenges, and identify insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new and existing artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop, and implement KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
  • Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to senior management regarding progress and roadblocks.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Key Requirements
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience with SQL or ETL, as well as knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages.
  • 1+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
