Job Title: Geospatial AI Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial AI Design Expert to join our team. As the voice of the user, you will own the design strategy and user experience of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning design strategy and quarterly UX roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Translating product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Miro.
  • Defining and maintaining design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Partnering with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Conducting end-to-end user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing with farmers, FPOs, and partners.
  • Championing UX for rural contexts: vernacular flows, low-bandwidth/offline-first design, accessibility, and culturally relevant trust cues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a geospatial context.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
