Job Description

As a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence, you will lead the implementation and optimization of AI-driven tools across the organization. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for automation and deploying AI solutions to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

About the Role

  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms for deployment across various departments.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and increase accuracy.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand needs and ensure successful rollouts of AI/automation solutions.
  • Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions to improve business processes.
  • Connect AI tools with existing enterprise systems via APIs and workflow orchestration.
  • Monitor and optimize AI usage, efficiency gains, and ROI through data-driven insights.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to teams adopting AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 4–8 years of experience in AI tools, automation frameworks, or enterprise automation.
  • Proven experience implementing AI solutions company-wide or in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
  • Experience with system integration via APIs, webhooks, and ETL pipelines.
  • Familiarity with business workflows in operations, customer service, HR, finance, and sales.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AI-based customer support agents and RPA implementations.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI deployments.
  • Experience with dashboards and analytics tools.
