Job Title: APAC Account Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to strengthen our operations in the Asia-Pacific region, with a strong focus on the Australia staffing market.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships across the APAC region, with a strong emphasis on developing account strategies to expand business with existing clients and exploring new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client relationships across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Australia (ANZ).
  • Develop account strategies to expand business with existing clients and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Conduct client mining to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with global clients and ensure smooth communication across time zones.
  • Understand client requirements and align business strategies to meet demands.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and delivery excellence.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive account management.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of total experience in IT staffing & recruitment.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years as an Account Manager handling clients independently.
  • Strong exposure to the APAC market, with proven experience in the Australia staffing business.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and working with global companies.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly based on client and business demands.

  • Strategic mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and market trends in the APAC-ANZ region.
