Job Title: Account Manager/sr. Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to strengthen our APAC operations, focusing particularly on the Australia staffing market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow client relationships across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Australia (ANZ).
  • Develop account strategies to expand business with existing clients and explore new opportunities.
  • Closely collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities through client mining.
  • Ensure seamless communication with global clients across time zones.
  • Understand client requirements and align business strategies accordingly.
  • Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, driving performance excellence.
  • Foster high client satisfaction through proactive account management.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of total experience in IT staffing & recruitment.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years as an Account Manager handling clients independently.
  • Strong exposure to the APAC market, with proven experience in the Australia staffing business.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and working with global companies.
  • Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to client and business demands.
  • Proven track record in client mining and business development within existing accounts.

  • Strategic mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Leadership experience in team management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and market trends in the APAC-ANZ region.
  • High adaptability, quick learning capability, and strong problem-solving skills.
