The Payroll Processing team is a major pillar of our organisation, ensuring all accounting and compliance aspects related to Payroll.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Analyzing and reviewing monthly payroll records and reporting financial information to management and government agencies
- Maintaining Pay Registers and overseeing withholding tax-related payroll processing
- Ensuring adherence to SOP and policy guidelines
- Cash forecasting on a monthly basis
- Ensuring timely processing and payment of employee reimbursements
- Regularly reviewing accounting process activities
- Supervising and guiding the team in daily activities
This role aims to support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems, streamlining compliance processes, exercising integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and complying with TDS and other tax requirements.
