About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations, driving business solutions and customer relations by leveraging company data.

The successful applicant will have:

  • 8+ years of experience handling operations and managing large teams
  • A strong appreciation for the educational impact space
  • Experience working with datasets and reports
  • Prior experience in running an invoicing and collections team
  • A founder/co-builder mindset

In this position, you will create and analyze reports to drive optimization, revenue generation, and product development. You will also develop custom reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and coordinate with stakeholders to review and improve.
