Lead Oligonucleotide Synthesis

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Officer to lead oligo synthesis and analytics for groundbreaking therapeutic and diagnostic programs.

As a PhD-level Scientific Officer, you will be central to delivering precision-driven solutions in genomics and beyond. Your expertise in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics will drive cross-functional method development and QC initiatives.

  • Scale synthesis to mmol level (coupling efficiency >99%).
  • Purify (HPLC, PAGE, CE) and characterize (LC-MS, UV-Vis, MS) oligos.
  • Maintain lab instrumentation, inventory, safety, and SOPs.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Ph.D. + 2–5 years of experience in oligo synthesis and analysis.
  • A strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics.
