Cisco Meraki Wireless Administrator

About the Job:

The L2 Network Administrator manages and supports the Cisco Meraki Network infrastructure, ensuring security, high availability, and compliance.

  • Day-to-day monitoring and basic troubleshooting of Meraki network devices (MX, MR, MS)
  • Support and maintain Wi-Fi connectivity for users across locations
  • Assist in managing switch ports, VLAN assignments, and basic network changes
  • Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and configuration changes
  • Maintain documentation of network setups and issue resolutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Malayalam language is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field
  • 2 + years in network administration

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Layer 2 concepts – VLANs, trunk/access ports, port security
  • Ability to follow SOPs and coordinate with L3 teams when needed
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
