Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The global Quality Assurance function is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in India. As a key member of the GRS Capability Center Operations, you will play a crucial role in establishing a high-performing Quality Assurance (QA) team. Our mission is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our underwriting operations executed by Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams for various regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular quality reviews/audits according to established processes and guidelines.
  • Validate data integrity, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate quality logs and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance operations, with a focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
  • Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience in a BPO or shared service environment.
Key Skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines and identify control gaps.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and teams.
