About Our Organization

We have been working in education and skilling in India for over two decades.

Our Adolescent Programme empowers adolescents with life skills education and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN). We have established a network of 30,000 schools and 343 Community Learning Centres to support this initiative.

The Livelihood Programme prepares youth for sustainable careers by imparting transferable life and employability skills. We have set up 133 Livelihood Centres and built over 1,100 college partnerships.

As a Center Manager, you will oversee resources, staff, and local partners to ensure the full offer of our Livelihood program is available to youth in the district.

You will lead a team delivering the Livelihood program at the district level and manage all aspects of their performance. Achieving targets at each stage of intervention, including mobilisation, needs assessment, skills training delivery, and placement in work or education is key.

Key responsibilities include managing community need assessments and mapping exercises of other stakeholders, working with employers to ensure adequate placement opportunities exist, and monitoring the effectiveness and quality of partner interventions.

Requirements include a graduation in any stream, at least five years' experience in the Skill Development sector, with two years at a leadership role.

We are looking for a strong leader who can manage teams, multitask, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
