Job Title: Plant Operations Director

As a seasoned professional in plant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our mechanical team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and engineering, with experience in preparing infrastructure specifications, project management, and contract administration.

Additionally, you should have expertise in static and rotor equipment design, equipment specification preparation, and material handling.

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required. Relevant certifications such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mechanical activities and ensure efficient plant operations
  • Design and prepare infrastructure specifications and project plans
  • Manage contracts and supervise contractors
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plant operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
