Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments, researching payment exceptions, and working with Subject Matter Experts to resolve them.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Accounts Payable - Payments Operations and the ability to meet agreed metrics. They will also have experience in using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Review payment proposals generated by accountants before submission for approval
  • Generate payment proposals for exceptional / VIP vendors
  • Work with large volume Excel spreadsheets to review and validate payment data
  • Facilitate payment proposal validation via BOT and flag discrepancies in the file
  • Carry out tier 1 validation of vendor bank details and flag vendors where bank details are not available
  • Facilitate mitigation of fallouts post manual cheque validation by document handling teams
  • Work on payment fall outs due to discrepancy between payment proposal and DocuWare data

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration
  • Relevant work experience in a global environment in Hi-tech, manufacturing and IT distribution industry
  • Experience of working in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and SAP
  • Proficiency in using MS office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in US time zones
