Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, modern frontends without heavy frameworks using Ruby on Rails applications.

You will work closely with an experienced team on meaningful projects and have the opportunity to showcase your frontend craft and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Builtdesigns into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Rails engineers to integrate frontend components with backend logic.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Work independently, delivering features with minimal supervision while communicating progress clearly.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience building frontends for Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Tailwind CSS experience strongly preferred.
  • Stimulus JS experience preferred (or willingness to work without heavy frameworks).
  • Strong eye for detail in UI implementation and design fidelity.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
