Frontend Lead

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React. You should have expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications is essential. Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect and Implement Frontend Solutions: Design and develop highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable components, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.

  3. Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development. Ensure comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  5. Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Bring innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
