Job Description

As a seasoned frontend developer, you will lead the charge in crafting scalable and performant applications that elevate our business to new heights. With your expertise in React.js and Next.js, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

Your primary focus will be on developing cutting-edge frontend features, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and best practices to drive code quality and performance optimization. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior engineers, guiding them in their growth and development as they contribute to our team's success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading frontend development using React.js and Next.js with strong hands-on coding skills.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Driving code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers while being actively involved in development.
  • Contributing to architectural decisions for frontend applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS is essential. Additionally, hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) is required. Expertise in building scalable, performant, and secure frontend applications is crucial. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments is highly valued. Proven experience in leading teams while being an active coder is also necessary.
