Key Performance Management Role

Our brewery is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Key Performance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by optimizing performance and reducing costs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize budgeted costs.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to forecast actual costs versus budgeted costs on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify opportunities to further reduce costs and deliver savings against budgeted costs.
  • Build business cases for required capital expenditures in the brewery, providing ROI analysis and tracking actual ROI versus business case ROI post-project implementation.
  • Ensure data integrity of key performance indicators input by the operations team on a regular basis, collaborating with the leadership team to ensure actual KPIs remain within budget.
  • Adhere to monthly routines set up by the global reporting team, submitting required reports and analysis on time with the HQ PPM team.
  • Prepare presentations for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of brewery performance with India leadership.
  • Analyze data to help the leadership and operations teams improve KPIs and reduce costs by identifying gaps in existing processes and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to foresee and plan for future risks.
