Financial Operations Internship Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage the financial operations of our Aadhaar-PAN linking project. This role involves tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate financial entries.

Responsibilities:

  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, including tracking linking status and ensuring accurate financial entries.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data, perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, follow up on pending documentation and payments, and ensure timely completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
