Job Description:

Karbon Business seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the foreign remittance sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deal Generation: Identify potential clients through targeted outreach and research within the fintech industry.
  • Deal Closure: Engage with potential clients, analyze their needs, and develop effective sales strategies to close deals efficiently.
  • Communication: Document insights and learnings in an organized way, setting expectations with precision.


Requirements:

Background: 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the foreign remittance or payment sector is required.

Skills:
  • Domain Expertise: Proven expertise in foreign remittance, including market landscape, transaction processing mechanisms, and existing client relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging professional networks.
