Senior Technical Associate Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to the offshore team, managing day-to-day software tasks in the delivery cycle.
  • Work with Business Analysts on translating business requirements into specifications and create modular software design and implementation plans.
  • Develop and test software products using Agile development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with other team members and analysts through the delivery cycle.
  • Drive an Agile delivery team that builds high-quality and scalable work products.
  • Assist in the evaluation of upcoming technologies and contribute to the overall solution design.
  • Support production releases and maintenance windows working with the Operations team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft suite of products, including MS-Access, SQL Server, and Visual Basic.
  • Experience in building applications using Appian as a Low Code No Code solution.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell/Batch programming.
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in distributed teams.
