Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned expert in benefits implementation to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients throughout the deployment process, from defining requirements to deploying solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of benefits design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Independently manage multiple projects across various phases, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop recommendations for clients to meet their post-production needs.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align development with client design decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, project teams, and management on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Active Workday Certification in Benefits.
  • Hands-on experience in benefits implementation or support.
  • Detailed understanding of benefits processes, with a focus on US benefits enrollment.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.

Work Environment:

  • The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to work remotely or from home.
  • Moderate noise levels, confined workspaces, and varying office temperatures may be encountered.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role requires regular standing, sitting, and traversing an office environment.
  • The employee must be able to see, speak, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
