Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations and advertisements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics and animations that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual narratives.
  • Develop motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos etc) that effectively communicate campaign concepts.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards and storyboarding.
  • Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT etc).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools and advertising techniques.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender etc) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with UI/UX animation or interactive media.
  • Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and performance-driven content.
