Job Title: Junior Motion Graphic Designer

As a highly skilled and creative professional, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling animations, videos, and multimedia assets that captivate audiences and drive business results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration with web and video content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, leveraging your expertise in animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
  • Animate typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project needs, maintaining brand consistency across all motion content.
  • Edit and post-produce videos with motion graphics elements, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas or techniques, continually enhancing your skills and contributing to the team's growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and software applications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in motion graphics or related creative roles, demonstrating proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus, showcasing adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, prioritizing open communication and mutual respect.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work, highlighting creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in video editing and sound design, expanding your skillset and versatility.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media, broadening your understanding of user experience and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD, staying current with industry trends and software applications.
