Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw and InDesign.

The Visual Creative Specialist will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums.

This role requires someone who can take charge of all design requirements across digital, branding, and campaigns. A multifaceted individual with the ability to manage end-to-end design independently is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Branding & Identity: Logo design, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Social Media & Digital: Creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
  • Marketing Collaterals: Brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Photography/Editing Support: Retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
  • Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all design output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams
