About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee cost and control intelligence across our first mile and last mile nodes. This position falls under the controllership team and is responsible for verifying ground-level data, ensuring accurate provisioning, identifying cost leakages, and providing audit-ready reporting for our fulfillment and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Owning financial governance across key first mile (pickup) and last mile (delivery) nodes to ensure cost data integrity, audit traceability, and timely reporting.">
  • Partnering with operations to identify discrepancies or deviations (e.g., excess incentives, incorrect provisioning).">
  • Designing and owning dashboards, trackers, and exception reports for visibility into cost anomalies or operational inefficiencies.">
  • Supporting provisioning logic for last-mile incentives, damaged shipments, returns, and COD-related costs to ensure historical and real-time alignment.">
  • Conducting monthly node reviews with ops and finance teams to bridge actual vs booked cost gaps.">
  • Facilitating auditor walkthroughs, data validation trails, and control documentation for nodes under their scope.">

Requirements:

  • CA / MBA Finance with 47 years of experience in finance controllership or logistics finance.">
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.">
  • Ability to work closely with ground teams and bring financial scrutiny to operational flows.">
  • Strong bias for action, with a questioning mindset and comfort owning metrics independently.">
