Restaurant Operations Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, sanitation standards, and staff management. This position ensures guest satisfaction and employee morale by implementing training plans and providing feedback.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise daily shift operations and staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
- Participate in department meetings to communicate clear goals for achieving desired results.
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Collaborate with the Chef and Restaurant Manager to address food quality and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a minimum of four years of experience in the food and beverage industry, culinary arts, or a related field, or an associate's degree from an accredited university in hospitality management, business administration, or a related major, along with two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, culinary arts, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to train and develop team members.
