About the Role:
As a seasoned talent acquisition professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to attract and retain top talent in our Hyderabad Tech Center. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Analyze recruitment needs and design effective recruitment solutions.
* Manage the recruitment process, including partner sourcing, agency partnerships, and RPO management.
* Partner with HR Leaders to understand Talent Acquisition needs and opportunities for organization development.
* Oversee employer branding activities and align with global branding strategy.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
* 12+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
* Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and quantitative science is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
