Job Title: Performance Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Stress Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Perform structural analysis for static, fatigue, and damage tolerance of airframes.
  • Update and validate Finite Element Models using computational tools.
  • Clean and optimize Digital Mock-Up data.
  • Conduct stress analysis on composite and metallic materials.
  • Extract loads using in-house software.
  • Utilize specialized software for analysis including ISAMI, Hypermesh, MSC Nastran/Patran.
  • Develop automation and reporting scripts using programming languages.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in airframe structural analysis and finite element methods.
  • Experience with computational tools and digital mock-up optimization.
  • Strong understanding of stress analysis principles and their application.
  • Proficient in utilizing specialized software for analysis.
  • Ability to develop automation scripts using programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components.
  • Develop and implement procedures for stress analysis and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
