Job Title: AI Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AI Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in Generative AI Testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans for Generative AI models and applications, ensuring accuracy and coherence of AI-generated outputs.
  • Validate AI model performance against business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute automated testing frameworks for AI-based applications, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI model performance and mitigate errors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1-2 years in AI/ML testing or Generative AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP models, LLMs, and deep learning architectures.
  • Experience with AI testing tools such as LangTest, DeepChecks, Trulens, or custom AI evaluation frameworks.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
