Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality insurance solutions? Do you have a strong background in API testing and experience working with retail insurance journeys?

We are seeking an Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing test cases, executing tests, and ensuring defect management life cycle is followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Worked on retail insurance journeys like health, Life and Motor insurance with 2+ years of experience.
  • Should have API Testing knowledge. (Tool - Postman)
  • Required testing experience in Insurance Domain
  • Write and Identify test cases
  • Able to identify scenarios. Develop test cases, test execution and clear understanding of defect management life cycle
  • Strong Communication with client on testing artifacts
  • Mobile testing experience required
  • Knowledge & Experience of retail banking domain
  • Good communication skill

Requirements:

  • 2-5 Years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the Insurance domain
  • API testing experience with tools like Postman
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
