Job Description

The Role: Lead Sourcing Manager - Client Acquisition Specialist.

  • This position involves expanding the broker and channel partner network to drive sales across luxury projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sourcing managers across site locations, guiding them towards target achievement through structured planning.
  2. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the sourcing team, aligned with project sales goals.
  3. Regularly review team performance, focusing on driving quality lead generation and conversions.
  4. Source potential clients and investors for ongoing mandate projects across the designated area.
  5. Build and manage a lead pipeline by networking with investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
  6. Monitor and track the quality of leads generated by the sourcing and pre-sales teams.
  7. Collaborate with the on-site sales team to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.
  8. Develop strong referral networks and partnerships with corporate entities, local influencers, and HNI wealth managers.
  9. Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales team, promoting qualified walk-ins and site visits.
  10. Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across the assigned regions.
  11. Organize comprehensive onboarding sessions, providing project briefings, commercials, and marketing materials to CPs.
  12. Maintain relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and successful closures.
  13. Regularly interact with the CP network through events, site visits, and incentive programs.
  14. Evaluate and track CP performance, addressing partner queries and fostering continued engagement.
  15. Ensure CPs are well-informed about inventory, pricing, promotions, and project updates.
  16. Maintain accurate records of sourced clients and onboarded CPs, along with conversion metrics.
  17. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on sourcing pipelines, CP activity, and conversion ratios.
  18. Monitor market trends and share insights with relevant teams.
  19. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs.
  20. Communicate real-time updates to CPs regarding pricing, inventory, and offers.
