Backend Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and help us build scalable and secure backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, scale, and maintain backend services and microservices using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Design and implement reliable and maintainable backend architectures applying principles of modular architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Create RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for efficient frontend-backend communication, focusing on performance, versioning, and security.
  • Optimize database schemas for relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in APIs, queries, and backend logic using load handling, caching, and horizontal scaling strategies.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and participate in code reviews promoting engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, designers, product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver features in an agile environment.
Requirements:
