Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain the backbone of our telehealth applications. You will play a key role in architecting services, managing deployment environments, and ensuring that our systems are secure, efficient, and reliable at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Architect, optimize, and implement solutions using Node.js, Nest.js, and modern backend frameworks.
  • Manage databases, integrations, and real-time data flow across platforms.
  • Oversee product deployment environments including AWS (EC2 instances, Lambda, S3 RDS, etc.). Work with Firebase for authentication, cloud functions, and real-time databases.
  • Implement and manage secure communication protocols for sensitive healthcare data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and CI/CD deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer or Senior Software Engineer (5+ years preferred). Proficiency in Node.js and Nest.js. Strong knowledge of backend frameworks and architectural patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase services and AWS infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, especially with sensitive data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
