Senior Backend Systems Developer

The role of a backend software developer involves designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality backend systems. These systems are responsible for handling data storage, processing, and retrieval.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. They should also have experience with performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in developing scalable and highly-available restful APIs using Node.js technologies. This includes knowledge of CI/CD principles, GraphQL, containerization, and Docker.
Additionally, they should have exposure to API gateway integrations and understanding of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems that meet the needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Node.js technologies
- Developing and maintaining high-quality backend systems
- Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of backend systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
