Key Leadership Position: Head of Product-Lending

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the development and launch of lending products. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the lending domain and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Job Description

The Head of Product-Lending will be responsible for defining and implementing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the lending product. This includes leading market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business landscape in the lending domain.

The role requires collaboration with executive leadership to set strategic priorities and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, the Head of Product-Lending will oversee the entire lending product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lending product development and/or implementation. They will need to work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Leadership:
    • Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the lending product.
    • Lead market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business landscape in the lending domain.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic priorities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Product Development with Quality Focus:
    • Oversee the entire lending product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product rollouts.
  • Team Management:
    • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team with lending SMEs.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through direct interactions with both customers and delivery teams.
    • Ensure products deliver exceptional user experiences and meet or exceed customer expectations.
