Clinical Research Associate

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of clinical trials at various study centres.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Write and implement trial methodologies and procedures
- Brief trial investigators on study protocols and ensure compliance
- Set up and manage trial study centres, including logistics and supply chain management
- Design and distribute trial materials to study centres
- Provide clinicians with instructions on conducting trials and ensure adherence to protocols
- Collect and authenticate data collection forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor trial progress throughout the duration and make adjustments as necessary
- Compile reports on trial findings and present results to stakeholders
- Develop commercial awareness and strategic thinking to drive business growth
- Utilize logical reasoning and inquisitive mindset to identify and resolve complex issues
- Apply strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Clinical research experience, preferably in a healthcare industry setting
- Strong understanding of trial methodologies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
