Senior Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a senior clinical research associate to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials. Their role involves collaborating with project managers to set targets, creating and implementing study-specific tools and documents, and overseeing trial activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines such as CFR, ICH, and GCP. They will also be responsible for identifying and selecting sites, coordinating site management activities, and supervising a team of clinical monitoring staff.
Key aspects of this position include:
- Collaborating with project managers to establish objectives for clinical monitoring personnel
- Designing and implementing study-specific clinical monitoring tools and documents
- Overseeing trial operations and ensuring compliance with project goals
- Selecting and coordinating site management activities
- Supervising clinical monitoring staff and providing training as needed
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, local regulations, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (CFR, ICH, GCP)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working conditions for this position include:
- Work environment: office setting with occasional travel to sites
- Travel requirements: up to 20% of working hours
