Clinical Research Associate Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for writing drug trial methodologies, identifying and briefing appropriate trial investigators, setting up and disbanding trial study centres, designing trial materials, providing clinicians with instructions on how to conduct trials, collecting and authenticating data collection forms, monitoring progress throughout the duration of the trial, writing reports, demonstrating commercial awareness, having a logical and inquisitive mind, good organisational abilities, excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement drug trial methodologies (procedures)
  • IDentify and brief suitable trial investigators (clinicians)
  • Erect and dismantle trial study centres
  • Design and supply trial materials to study centres
  • Provide clinicians with instructions on conducting trials
  • Collect and authenticate data collection forms (case report forms)
  • Monitor trial progress throughout its duration
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Utilize logical and inquisitive thinking
  • Maintain good organisational abilities
  • Exhibit excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English language
