Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Silicon Design Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development of next-generation microprocessors.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with design teams to ensure adherence to DFT design rules and guidelines
  2. Develop high-quality manufacturing test patterns for stuck-at, transition fault models using on-chip test compression techniques
  3. Exercise LBIST circuitry to produce repeatable signatures
  4. Simulate and verify ATPG and LBIST patterns
  5. Work with product engineering teams to deliver manufacturing test patterns

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DFT basics, including scan insertion, fault models, ATPG, BIST techniques, and on-chip compression techniques that reduce test time and tester memory.

Experience with test tools such as FastScan and TestKompress is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MS/M Tech/BE in Computer Engineering/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • Demonstrated success in a senior IC team role with similar skills
