Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global knowledge management strategy that drives business value and enhances employee experience.
  • Lead a team of knowledge management professionals to execute the strategy and ensure timely, accurate, and relevant knowledge delivery.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing knowledge platforms and content governance methodologies to optimize user experience and discoverability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements and automation opportunities.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs for content contributors, HR teams, and end-users to build capability and drive adoption.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in HR, knowledge management, digital HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level knowledge management initiatives or digital transformation programs.
  • Expertise in knowledge platforms and content governance methodologies.
  • Understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and employee experience principles.
  • Stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a track record of using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a dynamic environment.
