Senior Finance Expert
About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Expert to join our team. This role will play a pivotal function in shaping global financial strategies, supporting business operations, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Lead monthly/quarterly financial close processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and analyze budget variance reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Create executive-level presentations and reports to communicate financial insights
  • Perform trend analysis and business insights to drive strategic growth

Technical Skills:
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators
  • Develop KPI tracking systems to measure and optimize business performance
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects to address business needs
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity to ensure high-quality decision-making

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
  • 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Knowledge of Tableau and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
