We are seeking a seasoned Global Financial Strategist to lead and manage the financial aspects of our organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the finance team, aligning financial activities with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Ensure that all accounting practices and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization's financial health.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, training, and feedback as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in finance controllership, consolidations, and inter-company accounting. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
