Job Title: Principal Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires an individual who can ensure project health and quality. The successful candidate will have experience in internal auditing, identifying risks and gaps, and providing timely feedback to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience working with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
