Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance Job Description

As a senior specialist in quality assurance, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall quality of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement an improved QA strategy that aligns with organizational goals and boosts testing efficiency.

  • Develop and Implement QA Strategy: You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy that meets the organizational requirements.
  • Automation Testing: You will identify opportunities for automation in testing processes and begin the implementation of automation tools.
  • Metric Reporting: You will establish metrics to assess the quality of products and the effectiveness of QA processes, reporting on these metrics regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering Background: A degree in computer science or post-graduate degree is essential. Relevant experience in pharmaceutical strategic forecasting or analytics is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 8 years of experience in relevant roles, including 1-2 years of leading QA teams.
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as writing automation scripts.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
