Job Title: Site Development Manager
About the Role:
- Project Execution: Spearhead day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to guarantee quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to optimize resource allocation.
- Technical Support: Provide expert guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in construction management
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
