Exterior Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Design Engineer to oversee and execute exterior works for high-end construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with drawings specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC finishing masonry waterproofing and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports material consumption and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings construction plans and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning scheduling and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil.
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in exterior execution preferably for luxury/high-end residential commercial or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of exterior construction methods materials and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements estimation and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD MS Office or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
