About the Role:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess site conditions and gather information for project planning.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities, progress updates, and recommended solutions.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate project feasibility, considering technical, financial, and logistical factors, and provide recommendations for approval or modification.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Monitor project costs and variations, tracking expenses, identifying deviations from the budget, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Responsibilities:Site Management:
  • Plan, organize, and control construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Site Documentation:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and any issues that may arise.
