  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor ongoing tasks and projects, sending reminders and escalating delays as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in executive support or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion) and Microsoft Office.
