Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator
The role involves supporting senior executives with their daily tasks, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and prioritize engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Track project timelines, deadlines and deliverables.
- Take minutes of meetings and maintain organized records.
- Monitor ongoing tasks and projects, sending reminders and escalating delays as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in executive support or related roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion) and Microsoft Office.
