
Lead Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing couriers, tracking records, canteen, security, Transport, Stationary maintenance and maintaining organized records, reports, and databases.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and resolving administrative issues.
- Maintain and manage files, records, and documents in an efficient and secure manner.
- Oversee courier services, track inventory, and maintain the overall tidiness of the office environment.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
- Monitor and control office expenses, ensuring effective financial management.
- Coordinate office events, team activities, and corporate meetings.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
